Sales Tax (Moore County, NC): 7.00% (applied to rental + taxable fees)

Prep and Orientation Fee: $150 (linens, towels, propane, starter kit, walkthrough)

Cleaning Fee: $150 (waived if returned clean per guidelines)

Insurance: Renter must secure an MBA Temporary RV Rental Policy for the full rental period (certificate due 48 hours before departure.)

Security Deposit: A $1000 card authorization (hold) is placed 48 hours before departure (a hold, not a charge). Any portion may be captured for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking/odor remediation, late return, tank fees, fuel/propane variances, tolls/citations, or unpaid add-ons. If no charges apply, the hold is released after return (release timing depends on your bank).

Booking Deposit: 50% due upon approval to reserve dates .

Balance: Due 30 days before departure.

Cancellations: Reservations canceled thirty (30) or more days before pickup will receive a full refund less a one-hundred-dollar ($100) administrative fee. Cancellations made fourteen (14) to twenty-nine (29) days before pickup will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled departure. A twenty-four (24) hour grace period applies to bookings made at least seven (7) days prior to departure.

No smoking or vaping in the RV.

The fuel tank must be returned at the same level as at departure, or a refueling fee of one-hundred-twenty dollars ($120) plus the cost of fuel will apply.

The Renter must return the holding tanks empty. If not, a seventy-five-dollar ($75) dumping fee will be charged.
